Notifications

Control notifications at Settings → Notifications. Each type can be delivered by email, push, or both.

Notification	When it fires
Lead activity	A lead opens, clicks, or replies to your email
New lead assigned	A lead is assigned to you
Event updates	Event status changes, completions, and performance alerts
Team mentions	Someone mentions you in a note or comment
System alerts	Important security events on your account
Weekly digest	A Monday summary of your team’s activity

During an event, keep New lead assigned push notifications on so you can follow up while the conversation is still fresh.

Push notifications on mobile also require permission from your device — check your phone’s notification settings if pushes aren’t arriving.
