Accept your invitation
- Open the invitation email from Caard and select the invite link.
- Create your account with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
- Complete the onboarding steps below.
If you can’t find your invitation, ask your workspace admin to resend it. Admins manage invitations under Teams.
Onboarding as a team member
If you were invited as a regular member, onboarding takes three steps:Your profile
Enter your first name, last name, and job title, and upload a profile picture. This is how teammates — and the leads you contact — see you.
Your organization
Confirm the organization you’re joining. The name is filled in from your workspace.
Onboarding as a workspace admin
If you’re creating a new workspace, onboarding includes two extra steps:Invite your team
Add team members by email and assign each a role: Admin, Member, or Sub-admin. You can also invite people later from Teams → Add members.
Roles at a glance
