How CRM syncing works
- One direction — Caard pushes leads to your CRM. Changes made in the CRM are never pulled back into Caard.
- Automatic or manual — with auto-sync on, leads sync when they’re captured or updated. You can also sync a single lead from its detail page or bulk-sync from the integration’s Overview tab.
- Deduplicated — by default, Caard looks for an existing contact (by email) and updates it instead of creating a duplicate.
Connecting an integration
- Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
- Select Connect on the CRM you use.
- Sign in and authorize Caard in the window that opens.
- You’re returned to the integration’s settings page to configure field mapping and sync options.
Connecting an integration requires admin access to your workspace. If you don’t see the Integrations page, ask your workspace admin.
