Conference halls and trade show floors often have poor connectivity. The Caard mobile app is built for this: every capture method works offline.

What happens offline

When you capture a lead without a connection:
  • The lead is saved to your device immediately and you see “Saved offline — will sync when you’re back online.”
  • A banner shows how many leads are waiting: “You’re offline — 3 leads waiting to sync.”
  • Pending leads appear in your Leads tab marked as not yet synced.

When you’re back online

Pending leads sync automatically — no action needed. Each lead then gets its normal post-capture treatment: enrichment, ICP scoring, and CRM sync if configured. If a lead fails to sync, it stays in the pending list with a retry option.
For the most reliable offline experience, install the app to your home screen before the event. Captures, notes, and voice dictation all keep working without a signal.

What’s stored on your device

Offline leads live in a local outbox on your phone until they sync. Recently viewed leads are also cached so you can browse your list offline.
