Caard is invitation-only. A workspace admin invites you by email — there’s no public sign-up. See Joining your workspace.
You were probably offline when you captured it. Offline leads save to your device and sync automatically when your connection returns — a banner shows how many are pending. If one fails, retry it from the pending list. See Offline capture.
No. Caard drafts the email, then you either copy it to your clipboard or open it in your mail app — and send it yourself, from your own address. See Email outreach.
Private leads are visible only to you. Shared leads are visible to specific subteams. Workspace leads are visible to everyone. You always see your own leads and ones assigned to you.
Large batches can take a few minutes. Stuck leads are picked up and completed automatically, so no action is needed. You can also re-run Enrich with FLOW from the lead’s detail page.
Your role (admin, sub-admin, or member) controls what you can access. Workspace admins configure this — ask your admin if you need access to something.
Email addresses can’t be changed in Settings. Contact support and they’ll update it for you.
Scores go stale when an ICP profile changes. Use the Rescore banner (or button) at Leads → ICP to rescore all leads. See ICP profiles and scoring.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Attio. Admins connect them under Integrations; you can then sync leads individually, in bulk, or automatically.
