Find leads

  • Search by name, email, or company.
  • Tabs split the list into All, Private, and Shared with me.
  • Sort by latest, oldest, name, ICP fit, or recently updated.

Filter

Combine filters to slice the list:

Bulk actions

Select multiple leads to act on them at once:
  • Assign to a team member
  • Add tags
  • Sync to CRM
  • Email (drafts copied to your clipboard)
  • Edit custom fields
  • Export as CSV
  • Delete

Visibility: who sees a lead

Each lead has a visibility level:
  • Private — only you (the creator)
  • Shared — visible to specific subteams
  • Workspace — visible to everyone in the workspace
What you can see of other people’s leads depends on your role and workspace settings — if a lead you expect is missing, ask your admin.

Export

  • CSVLeads → Export → CSV lets you filter, pick columns, and download.
  • CRMLeads → Export → CRM syncs leads to your connected CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Attio) and shows a log of what synced, what’s pending, and what failed.
