# Preferences and appearance

> Language, currency, timezone, theme, and density.

## General preferences

Under **Settings → General**:

* **Language** — English or Deutsch. The whole app switches, including dates and routes (`/en/...` or `/de/...`).
* **Currency** — used for deal values you see. Members inherit the workspace default unless they override it.
* **Timezone** — used for timestamps and event times.
* **Email sending** — **Copy to clipboard** or **Open in mail app**; see [Email outreach](/leads/email-outreach).

## Appearance

Under **Settings → Appearance**:

* **Theme** — System (follows your device), Light, or Dark.
* **Density** — Compact, Default, or Comfortable spacing.

## Keyboard shortcuts

Press <kbd>Cmd</kbd>+<kbd>K</kbd> (macOS) or <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>K</kbd> (Windows/Linux) anywhere to open the command palette. The full shortcut list is at **Settings → Shortcuts**.

## Workspace settings

Workspace-wide options — organization name and logo, workspace slug, default currency, sub-admin permissions, and subteam policies — live under **Settings → Workspace** and **Teams → Settings**, and are admin-only.
