# Event analytics

> Measure what every event was worth.

Each event's **Analytics** tab answers the question every team gets asked after a show: was it worth it?

## Key metrics

| Metric | What it tells you |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------- |
| Leads captured | Total leads linked to the event |
| Speed to follow-up | How quickly leads were contacted after capture |
| Follow-up rate | Share of leads that were contacted |
| Meetings booked | Meetings scheduled with event leads |
| Pipeline created | Open deal value from event leads |
| Revenue influenced | Closed-won value from event leads |
| Cost-per-lead | Event budget ÷ leads captured |

Cost and ROI metrics need the event's **budget** and **average deal size** set on the Details tab — see [Creating an event](/events/creating-events).

## The funnel

The conversion funnel runs **Goal → Leads captured → Meetings → Closed won**, so you can see where leads drop off.

## Charts

* **Fit distribution** — how event leads score against your [ICP](/leads/icp-scoring)
* **Source breakdown** — QR scans vs card scans vs manual entries
* **Score trend** and **stage correlation** — whether high-fit leads actually progress
* **Daily engagement** — captures and follow-ups per day

Filter any view by date range: the event window, or the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

## Workspace-wide analytics

Beyond a single event, the **Analytics** section in the sidebar compares performance across your whole workspace — pipeline by stage, team member performance, and event ROI side by side.
